FORM No. 44 : AFFIDAVIT IN SUPPORT OF APPLICATION FOR ENFORCEMENT OF JUDGMENT IN NEWSPAPER LIBEL ACTION (O. 46, r. 1).

Affidavit in support of application dated the
I, A.B., of                                  , make oath and say as follows :
1. I am the Plaintiff in the above-named action and I obtained judgment therein against C.D., the Defendant therein and proprietor of the newspaper                                  (name of newspaper) in respect of a libel published in it.
2. I have levied execution against the movable (*and the immovable) property of the said Defendant, and to the best of my knowledge and belief he has no other movable or immovable property which can be made available for execution.
3. There is still due to me under the judgment the sum of £                       according to the subjoined account :
