Registration of premises

11.-(1) Where the Chief Inspector decides to grant the application he shall cause the premises to be registered and shall issue to the applicant a certificate of registration in respect of such premises in the form specified in the Second Schedule to this Law and such certificate shall be exhibited and kept exhibited in a conspicuous place on the premises:

Provided that any certificate of registration issued under section 9 of the Trades and Industries (Regulation) Law and in force at the date of coming into operation of this Law may be deemed by the Chief Inspector to be a certificate of registration issued under the provisions of this subsection.

(2) Where, the Chief Inspector refuses to grant the application he shall give the applicant notice in writing of his refusal and shall, if so required by the applicant, state in writing the grounds of such refusal, and the applicant may within one month from the date of such notice appeal to the Υπουργικόν Συμβούλιον whose decision thereon shall be final and conclusive.
