1, C.D., of, etc., Advocate for A.B. the Petitioner in this cause, make oath and say, that on the day of, 19, carefully searched the books kept in the Registry of this Court for the purpose of entering appearance, from and including the day of, 19, the day of the date of the decree nisi made in this case, to the day day of, 19, and that during such period no appearance has been entered in the said books by the Attorney-General or by or on behalf of any other person or persons whomsoever. And I further make oath and say, that I also carefully searched the books kept in the said Registry for entering the minutes of proceedings had in this cause from and including the said day of, 19, to the day of, 19, and that no leave has been obtained by the Attorney-General, or by any other person or persons whomsoever, to intervene in this cause, and that no affidavit, instrument or other document whatsoever, had been filed in this cause by the Attorney-General or any other person whomsoever during such period, or at any other period during the dependence of this cause, in opposition to the said decree nisi being made absolute.
