41 .-(1) On the determination of an application for an adoption order, and on the making of an interim order, the Court may make such order as to costs as it thinks just, and in particular may order the applicant to pay-

(a) the out-of -pocket expenses incurred by the guardian ad litem,

(b) the expenses incurred in attending the Court by any person served with a notice under Rule 14,

or such part of those expenses as the Court thinks proper.

(2) In proceedings under Part III of these Rules the Court may make such order as to costs as it thinks just.
