Suspension of guardian

23.-(1) The Court may at any time either without any application or on the application of any person appealing to the Court to be interested in the administration of the infant's property suspend a guardian, if the Court considers that it is expedient to do so in the interests of the infant, and a guardian while suspended shall, not have power to act as guardian.

(2) When a guardian is suspended the Court shall cause notice to be given to such of the persons appearing to the Court to be interested in the infant as the Court directs and also to the persons having the custody of the infant's property, and shall give any other directions which appear necessary for securing the Safety of the infant's property.
