41 .-(1) On the determination of an application for an adoption order, and on the making of an interim order, the Court may make such order as to costs as it thinks just, and in particular may order the applicant to pay-

(a) the out-of -pocket expenses incurred by the guardian ad litem,

(b) the expenses incurred in attending the Court by any person served with a notice under Rule 14,

or such part of those expenses as the Court thinks proper.

(2) In proceedings under Part III of these Rules the Court may make such order as to costs as it thinks just.

42. In respect of originating applications under these Rules there shall be charged a fee of είκοσι τρία ευρώ, and in respect of other proceedings or matters there shall be charged the fees payable in actions relating to claims exceeding πεντήκοντα pounds, as set out in Appendix A to the Court Fees Order and Rules, 1953 to 1954, on in any subsequent amendment thereof.

Advocates' Fees

43. Subject to any special order of the Court, the fees to be allowed to advocates as between themselves and their clients in respect of any proceedings under these Rules shall be those laid down in the Civil Procedure Rules δι' αγωγάς μεταξύ 2.000 και 10.000 ευρώ σύμφωνα με τον περί Υιοθεσίας (Τροποποιητικός) (Αρ. 1) (Μετατροπή των Δικηγορικών Δικαιωμάτων από Κυπριακές Λίρες σε Ευρώ) Διαδικσατικό Κανονισμό του 2008 [Σ.Σ.: δηλαδή ο Διαδικαστικός Κανονισμός 35/2007] επαυξημένων των ποσών κατά 75%.

44. Matters of practice and procedure not expressly provided for in these Rules shall be governed by the Civil Procedure Rules in force for the time being, in so far as they may be applicable.
